Common questions

How do I set my creation as a wallpaper?

Tap Save as Image — bubbld writes a full-resolution, watermark-free image to your photo library. Then open Settings › Wallpaper › Add New Wallpaper › Photos and pick it. iOS doesn't allow any app to set the wallpaper directly, so this last step has to happen in Settings.

How do I add a sticker?

Tap the + button at the bottom of the editor and choose a photo. bubbld automatically cuts the subject out of the image on your device. Drag, pinch, and rotate it anywhere on the canvas, then tap it to open the style controls.

How do I make a sticker holographic?

Tap a sticker, then open its detail controls. Foil styles (Classic, Galaxy, Cosmos, Rainbow, Radiant) shimmer as you tilt your phone, using your device’s motion sensors.

The shader background is animating. Can I stop it?

Tap the background once to pause or resume the animation. This is handy right before you take a screenshot or save.

Someone sent me a .bubbld file. What do I do with it?

Just tap it. bubbld opens it as a fully editable creation — the shader, colors, and every sticker come through intact, so you can remix it and share it back.

Does bubbld collect any of my data?

No. bubbld has no accounts, no analytics, and makes no network requests. Everything stays on your device.
